In addition S&A is the engineer of record for some of the largest and most carefully detailed single family homes in the country working with clients and architects to assure the materials and support are responsive to the desired design. When local clients call we also assist with structural home assessments, emergency support design, additions and renovations to serve our community of homeowners and assure projects are properly detailed.

A 32,000sf, three-story wood-framed Senior Housing Building. There are 24 apartments equipped with a full kitchen and an exterior patio or balcony. This building also features a fitness center, indoor spa, and a community room for it’s residents.
New four-story, 80-unit apartment building located on Harrison Street.
This renovation project to an existing warehouse building created commercial office space on the first floor and apartments on the remaining floors.
A 38,000sf, three-story Senior Housing Building. There are 39 one-bedroom apartments, laundry rooms, a community room, and an outdoor patio area.
