St. Germain & Aupperle has experience in all areas of residential construction. This experience includes large multi-story multi-unit construction apartment condo and hospitality work in new construction and existing building adaptive re-use renovations. We work closely with developers and architects on these projects utilizing efficient solutions to maximize return on investment. In addition S&A is the engineer of record for some of the largest and most carefully detailed single family homes in the country working with clients and architects to assure the materials and support are responsive to the desired design. When local clients call we also assist with structural home assessments, emergency support design, additions and renovations to serve our community of homeowners and assure projects are properly detailed.
In residential construction the investment is personal and at S&A we take design personally.
